Terms and Conditions
- Keys must be picked up before 6.00pm unless pre arranged in exceptional circumstances.
- £150.00 deposit (returnable on leaving when property checked.)
- All tariffs include gas & electricity.
- Linen & towels are supplied.
- On street parking outside the property.
- Cancellations: Any booking made online must be cancelled by phone or email at least 7 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no-show or a cancellation with less than 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to the booking value will be charged.
- No pets allowed & no smoking allowed within the property.
- At peak times minimum stay bookings will require a 50% deposit.
