  • Complimentary tea, coffee & milk is provided on arrival.
  • On street parking outside the property.
  • Cancellations: Any booking made online must be cancelled by phone or email at least 7 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no-show or a cancellation with less than 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to the booking value will be charged.
  • No pets allowed & no smoking allowed within the property.
  • At peak times minimum stay bookings will require a 50% deposit.
